Dr. Michael Conte is a professor of surgery and co director of the UCSF Heart and Vascular center and chief of the division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. Dr. Conte is the lead author on the Global vascular guidelines on the management of chronic limb-threatening ischemia just published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery in June 2019.
