In this next episode as part of our collaboration with the SVS Young Surgeons Committee, we sit down with Dr. Christopher Smolock and Dr. Linda Le to discuss "What to look for in your first job". Neither individual has any relevant disclosures.
Dr Christopher Smolock is an Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Smolock earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He completed a surgical residency at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, a research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and a fellowship in vascular surgery at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. He was appointed to the Cleveland Clinic staff in 2012 and he is also the Quality Improvement officer for the Department of Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Linda Le is an Assistant Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery at Houston Methodist and Weill Cornell Medical College. She graduated from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and then completed her General Surgery residency at University of Texas, Houston followed by a Vascular fellowship at the Oshsner Clinic in Jefferson Louisiana and has been at Houston Methodist since 2015
