Dr. Carsten is the Program Director at the Prisma Health Upstate Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program . Dr. Velazquez is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Wake Forest School of Medicine and Program Director of the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Fellowship.
